Pastor Bill was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He trusted Jesus Christ as personal Savior at age 13 and made a full commitment to serve Him when he was 26. He joined the staff at Chapel on the Hill in 1992 and was ordained that same year. His formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Church Ministries from Liberty University and also a Master of Biblical Studies.
Pastor Anderson has been the Senior Pastor at the Chapel for over twenty years. He was raised in New Jersey and pastored in New Jersey and Maryland prior to coming to Chapel on the Hill. He is a creative visionary with an eye to the future, an expositor of Scripture with a love for the Word of God, a missionary statesman with a passion for the lost and suffering of the world, and a caring pastor with a heart for the church. He also serves a dual role as the director of the Chapel Choir. Pastor Anderson is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College, and was their Alumnus of the Year.
Donna-Jean is the Director of Ministries at the church. She was born in New Jersey, came to Christ at an early age, and has been active in ministry for her entire adult life. She is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Literature.
